After her partner breaks up with her for refusing to acknowledge her increasingly debilitating ADHD, Jane journeys to the woods for a “self-help trip”. While in the woods, Jane fails spectacularly at all of her self-betterment tasks as her ADHD creeps in. Eventually she gives up and searches the internet for cheap, easy ways to change herself. Jane comes upon an article entitled “3 Easy Steps to Kill The Old You and Be Reborn”. As Jane begins to follow the steps, a window into a colorful world appears in front of her, with Silver Jane staring out. As the two versions of Jane become increasingly hostile towards each other, Jane is forced to confront her mental health as she wonders…will she really kill her old self to be reborn?
